A NerdMiner is a small piece of hardware flashed with firmware designed to contribute the devices small amount of hashing power to a Bitcoin mining pool (Public Pool for example - https://web.public-pool.io/#/). Should your device be responsible for choosing the correct hash required to mine a block, you will receive the full block reward, minus fees. Your chances will be very small… but not zero. Please read our blog posts for more in depth and technical information on mining.
The first thing we recommend you do is read our blog posts where there is lots of information on how to get a NerdMiner up and running should it not work straight away. Most issues can be solved with a hard reset of the device by holding the button for 5 seconds or alternatively erasing and re-flashing the device. Information on how to do this can be found in our ‘Troubleshooting guide’ blog post. After reading our blog posts, further technical support is available in our telegram group chat. If you scroll to the bottom of our web pages you’ll see our social media icons. The one on the far right is telegram, when you click it, you’ll be invited to join the group.
Unfortunately if you bought the product elsewhere we cannot guarantee the quality of the hardware and so won’t be able to advise you on how to handle any problems. We always recommend dealing with your seller and purchasing through us directly to ensure quality hardware is used, for worldwide tracked postage* and for help sorting any problems after delivery. The content on this website may still be able to get you up and running so feel free to check out our blog posts and join our telegram group to get involved in the community.

We are happy to ship our NerdMiners globally, that being said there may be import taxes on the product depending on the country you live in. We ship all products from the U.K. via Royal Mail. If you are likely to have high import taxes or a poor local postage system we would recommend trying to find a local resellers.
*Postage to India has been paused due to lack of tracking, high costs and a high volume of delayed or lost parcels.
We aim to send out all orders via Royal Mail within 3 business days of ordering, providing the product isn’t on back order when you purchase. When we send your order out, an automated email will be sent containing the tracking information for your order. Please check your junk/spam folder as they often end up in there. If you still need help, please complete the form below, including your order number, and we will get back to you with your postage information as soon as we can.
